We offer the return instruction as follows:
We only accept problems in quality as returning. If you choose the wrong color or the wrong size and want to return it back, sorry to say that it is unacceptable.
If you want to return the item, please email us first to state the problems with 7 days of receipt. You can send us some pictures of the wig to state your problems. We promise that we would give you a satisfactory solution.
Any items must be sent back complete with the original package. If not, you will be charged a 50% fee OR you can opt to have the items sent back; and the reshipping fees will be charged.
All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Please note that all wigs should be returned back with our permission, or you should take responsibility for all bad things during shipping. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation in advance.
If you want to receive a refund, your unsatisfied items can be partial or full refund depends on the situation.
You should state a specific explanation and clear corresponding photographs documenting the reason for the return.
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.
Please allow 5-7working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed.
